Full Time Care Team Leader
38 hours per week, duties worked as per the rota, between 8am and 9pm, Monday to Sunday. Salary: £23,938 pa
Applicants must have NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or an equivalent qualification. Previous relevant experience is essential.
Duties will include looking after the personal care of our residents, feeding, bathing, washing and other related tasks as required. The role will include responsibility for the efficient and proper management of the Home, supporting and training less experienced staff, assessing the needs of residents and the day to day physical care and support of all residents, participating in the health care of all residents including reponsibility for administering the medication system.
Successful applicants are required to provide an enhanced disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by the employer.

23.5 hours per week: Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday & Sunday 1.30pm-9pm. £9.49 per hour weekdays, £12.62 per hour weekends.
